The job role would include:

1) Speaking to customers over the phone and answering their queries  related to hardware and desktops.

2) They are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers.

3) They need to troubleshoot online.

4) The job involves night shift (24/7) with pick and drop facilities.

5) The candidates will receive attractive pay package.

6) Graduate Fresher can apply with very good communication skills (Except- B Tech/BE).

7)UG Grad with minimum 9 mnths of International BPO Exp can.
