Job Description
* Acquire knowledge on financial products and procedures.
* Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
* Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from financial offices across the globe.
Skills Required
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
* Good keyboard skills.
* Flexibility to work in shifts.
Locations : Bangalore / Kolkata
* CTC - 1.4 - 3.1 Max
* Should be flexible with shifts
* Qualification : 10+2 and graduates acceptable Fresher / Experiance, Btech fresher not acceptable, However B Tech with exp acceptable but should have exp in BPO industry
