Profile :

Providing technical assistance to US customers for an inbound process and resolve their technical issues related to Ipod.

Eligibilty criteria & Skill Set :

# Graduates with  or with out exp.

# 10+2  Freshers(2006 passout) or Experienced 

# Diploma Freshers or Experienced.

# Excellent comm. skills with basic technical knowledge

No BE / B Tech 2008 Pass out

Interview : 1/ Sept/08 to  1/ Oct/08

Timings: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday
