Job Description

Establish personal rapport with all employees, maintain open and effective communication system. Personal File Management â Maintain and update employees personal files. Statutory Compliance under PF Act / ESIC Act / Labour Act. Build and maintain relationships with Government agencies and statutory bodies. Maintenance of records and registers as per statutes. Ready to take up new challenges. Take self initiative. Maintain the existing welfare measures and implement innovative employee welfare schemes. Proficient in time-office functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline with good experience in HR procedures and conversant with all statutory laws like PF, Gratuity, E.S.I, Insurance and compensations etc. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, computer literacy, pleasing personality & aptitude of learning
