DESIGNATION       : Junior Associate/ Management Trainee-Business Development

DEPARTMENT       : Corporate Finance & Debt Syndication

LOCATION             : Mumbai

REPORTING TO     : Manager-Corporate Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

          Candidate will be exposed to all functions of Corporate Finance & Debt Syndication, and shall receive on-the-job training from their senior.

Client Relationship Management (80%)

ü       Will be responsible for generation of leads

ü       Job role includes visiting offices of Corporate Clients and pitching for business development

ü       Role also includes visiting Banks and presenting Client Profile

ü       Role involves high level networking & CRM.

Operations: (20%)

ü       Will be responsible for assisting in creation of official documents such as pitch books.

ü       Following up on appointments, tasks, to provide help across departments

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Technical Skills :

 ü       Sales Management

ü       Required: Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & IE

Soft Skills :

ü       Preferred: Should be extrovert and affable in nature, and should like interacting and dealing with people.

ü       Should possess good written, spoken & oral communication skills

ü       Time-management skills

ü       Should have a dynamic, enthusiastic & a pleasant personality

ü       Should be self-driven and aggressive in meeting goals.

   Education: Graduate B.Com/BMS
