Job responsibility:-
Overall responsibilities include full life cycle of Recruiting process in SAP. Sourcing of resumes from various sources like Job portals (Naukri, Monster), Database, references, mass mailing & Job postings. Initial Screening of Resumes and preliminary level interview with the candidates. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills, behavioral interview . Maintaining Database of Resumes in our Data base. Negotiating salary with the candidate. Good Communication Skill. MBA -HR, Fresher or 6 Months To 1 Years will be eligible. Only Bangalore Candidates will be eligible. Closed date on 10-09-2009.
