Job Description

BA Continuum India is hiring for Voice Process and conducting Walk-ins in Hyderabad from 12th to 17th Jan'09. Please read below to know more about this exciting opportunity.

Process Description

Collects payments from delinquent customers, arranges repayment plans, and mitigates losses whenever possible prior to foreclosure on A paper loans only.

Note:
1. Position will involve night shifts and is based at Hyderabad.

Desired Profile

Eligibility:

1 (A) A graduate from a recognized university in any stream or 12+3 years total education (Preferably from the commerce background).
OR

1 (B) 12 years of education with at least 1 year of documented work experience post last qualification. Preferably, 12 months experience in a customer service role or a call centre.
OR

1 (C) 10 years of school education + 3 years diploma or partial completion of college graduation / BMS with around 1 year of documented work experience post last qualification
2. Typing speed up to 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
4. Flexibility to work in night shifts
