HR Executive should be able understand the requirements, screen the profile through Job portals, Call the candidates to the consultancy screen the resumes, take Interview of the candidates, and schedule the candidates for the respective comapanies for interview and followup the status of the interview with candidate and the company people and give the feed back to the senior.

The Hr should be Self Driven with target oriented with Zeal with Vission to grow and make the company grow.

Freshers not entertained pls. looking for mini 3months experience in similar field.
