Customer Support Representative (Weekend Support)

Graduates/Freshers having 6 months of international BPO experience from any stream preferably BSc. IT , excellent oral & written communication skills & willing to work 8 hrs on Fri & Mon & 12 hours on Sat & Sun. Tues, Wed & Thurs are holidays

Strong working knowledge of computers with ability to multi-task / Ability to make decisions and develop confidence to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
