Global Autotech Ltd has Two state of the art manufacturing plants at Greater Noida.
Plant 2 : facilities at Greater Noida is spread over an area of 80,000 sqm and has several Die Casting machines, CNC machines and fully automatic Piston & Swash manufacturing facilities.
Global Autotech is also the only facility in South Asia to have a Vertical Squeeze Casting Machine which is suitable for very high intgrity castings used in structural and high pressure applications. These castings are used for engine mountings and high pressure applications.
Global Autotech is also the pioneer in the India, manufacturing high precision compressor parts like Piston & Swash Plates. These parts are machined on fully automatic lines with automated gauging and in house capability for special process like Teflon resin coating and Tin coating.
Plant 1 :Facility at Greater Noida is spread over an area of 14,000 sqm and manufactures the aluminium Tube Connectors and Hose Assembalies (cutting , grooving, bending, brazing, assembling and testing for car air conditioners ). The plant also manufactures precision machined Magnetic Clutch Rotors and Idler Pulleys for automotive AC Compressors. These are machined from steel forgings on CNC machines.
