Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment of financial advisors.
2. Training & Motivating them to achieve the sales targets

3. Ensure quality of hiring of prospective advisors. Man Management Skills
are key skills.
4. Interaction with Corporate & Retail clients & establish contact with Prospective customers

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: atleast 6months exp in sales(freshers who are interested in sales can also apply)
