Applicant needs to have a minimum experience of 0 - 24 months of International BPO (after graduation) experience, collection experience would be desirable .
 
As a Process Associate in Genpact the expectation from the incumbent would be to assist customer queries,recieve business to business calls for repurchase/revenue generation ,build  relationship for large set ups
