Title: Corporate Trainer
Based at: Delhi, will be traveling pan India for work as well
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->This position is responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of training courses for RE/MAX employees
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Specific duties include preparation and facilitation of training.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Ability to handle the following areas of training: Soft skills training, concept training and sales training
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->An understanding of the real estate business, policies and practices would be desirable.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Must have the ability to research, and write training materials
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation skills.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->Time management skills, computer competence and the ability to use media effectively.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->▪ <!--[endif]-->An ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact across management level.
Qualifications required:
A graduate or post graduate in HR , training and development
This position is open to a fresher and experienced candidate with 2-3 yrs works exp with a salary range of 2LPA – 4LPA depending on experience and credentials.
Trainers from a BPO background can be considered.
