Responsibility:
 Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
 Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe.

 Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English
 Ability to interpret & handle complex numerical data
 High energy levels
 Excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills
 Strong Customer Service orientation
 Good keyboard skills
 Flexibility to work in shifts
 Men and women in the age group of 18-50 years, with the required skills & qualifications are welcome to attend selection process.

Years of Experience :  0 - 4 yrs working experience desired
