- Produce client worthy documents using MS Office applications and Client specifications
and macros.
- Follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
- Meet quality benchmark and client SLAs.
- Carry out work smoothly and efficiently.
- Continue to develop speed, accuracy and proof reading skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
- Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues.
- Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
- Assist the Shift Leaders and Manager in mentoring of new recruits.
- Ensure record keeping, time tracking
- Follow proper document management
- Proofreading skills.

Previous Experience
- Experience in word processing preferred.
- Knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Typing Speed of 20 wpm preferred.
- 0-2 Years of experience
