Job Description

Job Description:
> Work in the product development team to build / enhance the next generation Contact Center Solutions for our customers.
> Deliver work in a structured manner using OOAD methodologies and provide technical insights to the team in the area of your expertise.
> Designing, coding & testing of Modules and components asigned.
> Documentation of work performed.

Candidates must possess:

> atleast a Diploma or Degree in any stream.
> 0-3 year's hands-on Java / J2EE & web services development experience (preferably product development), with a good understanding of database concepts.
> an exposure to all the phases of software development life cycle.
> good analytical, logical & communication skills.

Candidates who have appeared for an interview recently (in last six months) need not apply / attend the interview.

Understand the technical requirements

> Design / develop the solution to meet the requirements and supporting business reports.

> Customize the application as per client needs

> Integrate applications using technologies like Java, JSP, Servlets.

> Deploy and roll out applications at customer site
