·          0 – 2 years of experience in International or Domestic Call Center. Freshers are also encouraged.

·          Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment.

·          Good verbal and written communication skills in English

·          Process Inbound-calls relating to queries.

·          Receive inbound calls from Customers and answer their questions / Feedback / Queries.

·          Provide quality customer service on every call. Communicate clearly and effectively with Customer. Promote good listening skills / Manage length of calls.

·          Maintain and report the productivity.

·          Serve as process ambassador and represent team during client facility visits.

·          Flexibility to work in night shifts
