Job Description

Human Resource System/Policies/Procedures:

• Good exposure in Formulation & Implementing various Policies and Procedures related to various facets of Human Resource Management

• Streamlining the Policies all across the organizational level for proper implementation.

• Regular feedback and updation of the existing policies.

• Designed the employee Handbook

 

Compensation Planning: Incentive Plans and Reward Schemes

• Participated in various Compensation surveys to learn market trends and act accordingly.

Performance Appraisal:
