Job DEscription:

Understanding skill requirements for various clients and sourcing of relevant profiles.  Screening and short listing profiles as per requirements at the initial level. Forwarding the right candidates profiles to the client after preliminary screening. Coordinating with the client to get the feedback and schedule interviews. Following up with the candidates till they come on board. Conducting Job postings through job portals. Maintaining a Systematic and comprehensive database of all the candidates. Hunting the Right Human Resources from the Potential Companies Relevant With the Client Requirement. Experience in Business Development is preffered
