  Only Female candidate required and they should be absolutely sophisticated, intellectual girls who can be a part of the team at Sales campaign. Experience in Sales is preferred but not necessary  

US Calling & Timing: Night Shift

  Fresher (B2B Process)

1) Cab will be provide and for outside accommodation will be provide 

2) Timing is they will be given any 9 hours shift between 7.30 pm – 6 am

3) Designation will be Trainee

4)  Pay package – Rs.8000-9000/-

5) Candidate need to call customer based at US (Campaign detail I can’t disclose as it is against our company policy)

6) Interview Timing – 8.00 pm – 11 pm

7) Good communication in English, confidence level should be above average.

  Experienced (B2B Process)

  1) Cab will be provide for outside candidate accommodation will be provide. 

2) Timing is they will be given any 9 hours shift between 7.30 pm – 6 am

3) Designation will be Process Associate

4) Pay package – Rs.10000-12000/-

5) Candidate need to call customer based at US (Campaign detail I can’t disclose as it is against our company policy)

6) Interview Timing – 8.00 pm – 11 pm

7) Good communication in English, confidence and having previous 6 –1 year experience Debt Management Process in any International Call Centre

Only 3 round of interview will be their. If candidate clears recruiter round she need to pass basic grammer test then she is forwarded for final round if selected she needs to join at the earliest.
