Title: Asst Manager- Facility

Experience: 4 - 6 yrs

Requirement

·         Graduates with a minimum of 4-6 years of exp, in housekeeping and Facility

·         Responsible for Housekeeping operations in the corporate office.

·         Keeping a check of Housekeeping / Pantry Requirements /lunch - dinner arrangements.

·         Must have lead the Housekeeping Department and handled the Housekeeping functions independently

·         Coordinating with Vendors for House- keeping, F&B Rates and Quality check.

·         Must have worked on day today transport operations

·         Must have worked on all kind of statutory benefits, liaisoning with government bodies, drafting and vetting of agreements, AMC’s.

·         Handling all admin related activities like Travel arrangements, Booking of tickets, Hotel Booking, Maintaining leave records of employees, Settling bills

·         Manage procurement of consumables and stationary

·         Inventory & Vendor Management

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Strong interpersonal skills.

·         Computer literate.

·         Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.

·         Fair Knowledge of Kannada is a must

·         Multi - tasking.
