Job Description :
• Hands on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
• Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
• Should be able to handle a job portal and be sound in sourcing.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre-Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills.
• Should be able to work independently.
