01. Liaisoning works relates to building proposal with Mantralaya, BMC, Collector 

      Office, and Revenue Departments.

 

02. Should have the exposure for Liaisoning with various Government 

      departments for obtaining approvals civil projects such as:-

    a. M.C.G.M.

 

      b. Co-ordination with Liaison Architect for obtaining approvals like I.O.D, C.C, O.C etc. from  

          Building Proposal

      c. S.W.D Road and street light remarks and completion certificate.

      d. Tree N.O.C, Tree Cutting and final Tree NOC from Tree Authority.

       e. Civil Aviation N.O.C from the Airport Authority.

03. Demarcation of various reservations.

04. Handling over of road setback/ reservation to the respective Ward Office.

05. Levying of Assessment Tax on Land/at the time of House Tax.

06. Nallah remarks/ Nallah covering permission.

07. Urban land and Ceiling Department

08. a. Permission under section 20

      b. Filing of 6(1) certificate and taking 8(4) order.

      c. Handling over of flats under section 20.

      d. Revalidation of section 20 order.

      e. Appeal against 10(3) order with addl. Commissioner Konkan Division.

09. Collector’s Office –

     a. N.A permisiion.

     b. Sub-division Approval.

     c. Area correction

10. City Survey Office-

      a. Demarcation of plot boundary/reservation.

      b.Transfer of Ownership.

      c. Sub-division/ separate P.R.C

      d. Joint measurement with D.P department.

       e. Ownership documents like P.R.C, K.J.P Extract and True Extract.

11. Good knowledge of coordination with various authorities. Good interpersonal Skills and 

      communication skills. Knowledge of Marathi Language is a must.

12. Patient Listener, Good Presentation & Communication skills.
