Desired Candidate Profile

Provide customer support to 2 millions customers across the UK, solving issues with regards to all purchased magazine products for subscription

Up sell the present products that are for sale

Manage payments, missing issues, non delivered issues, placing and cancelling orders.

Interested candidates can walk in between Monday to Saturday, between 11 am and 7 pm.

Job Description

We currently require Customer Support Executives with the following qualifications:

Minimum Experience – 1 to 2 years in International Call centres will be an added advantage
Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills in English Language.
Familiarity with desktop applications ( for e.g. MS Office)
Self Starter, Functional skills, Action oriented, Problem solving, Priority Setting
Shift timings – UK timings
Pick and drop facility will be provided
Non graduates can also apply (Should have completed 12th standard)
