Job Purpose

To meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets, ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by being customer – focused and to help the business meet the portfolio program objective initiated by the UAE business.

            Setting and meeting a quality benchmark for the contact center.

Key Responsibilities

People

Should co-ordinate with the team members to achieve the common objective.

Customer Experience :

To maintain prescribed quality levels and to convey right information to the customers and avoid mis-selling and complaints

Frontline Experience :

To attend the prescribed training sessions and improve the sales skills consistently.

Revenue & Productivity:

To conduct regular outbound sales calls to the assigned list, to achieve set Hot Leads production target

Educating customer about the products and service offered.

To provide timely feedback to manager regarding team performance. Prepare and maintain MIS’s to track KPI

Maintain specified no, off calls, contacts and leads on a daily basis.

Study provided list to draw up cross sell opportunities.

Audit & Controls

Compliance with all audit measures and controls and the group policy that are laid from time-to-time.
