# Involved in the entire recruitment life cycle activities.
# Handling entire recruitment for MSC India operation.
# Working on various job portals, posting job requirements, screening profiles, evaluating, short listing candidates, interviews and salary negotiations.
# Weekly meeting with the delivery teams. & making strategies for fulfilling the current open requirements.
# Interacting with the candidates, giving them a brief about the position, roles and responsibility, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment.
# Scheduling and coordinating with the Panel & candidate of different locations in the world to fix up the Interview.
# Collect all the feedbacks and interact with the manager to understand and arrive at the hire decision.
# Develop ability to understand project requirements & Identify key skills so as to be able to picture the ideal candidate to the match the requirement.
# Develop and maintain close relationships with candidates, which helps me obtaining quality referrals.
# Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
# Sourcing quality candidates & completing the initial screening in terms of their fitment, aspirations, CTC expectations & relocation constraints.
