Job Description:

Complete maintenance & monitoring of HRIS system. Generate monthly/weekly fixed MIS reports i.e. RAC, manpower strength, new hire, attrition. Collecting & compiling information for company’s newsletter. Design & monitor employee grievance handling system. Benefits administration: enrollment, change of plan & termination of medical, dental benefits. Generating other reports on employee satisfaction, monthly feedback report and reports as desired by management. Regular employee communication. Employee helpdesk services. Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues, COBRA

Skills Required:

Experience in the administration of benefits  programs as per US law and other Human Resources programs. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Effective oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills.
