1. Minimum 0.6 months years experience as Instructional Designer/ Content Writer/Technical writer creating eLearning courses.

2. Excellent communication skills [English - verbal and written].

3. Good analytical and visualization skills.

4. Good knowledge and understanding of instructional theories, models and, processes.

5. To study content and design, develop, and review instructional materials (blueprints and storyboards) in line with the proposed instructional and visual approach.

People with less experience or freshers may apply for Instructional Designer/Writer positions.
