Job Description

·   Fresher and persons with upto 2 years experience will be involved in portal content development and desk based customer servicing

·   Persons with more than 2 years experience will handle field customer servicing and marketing

Eligibility Criteria

·   Excellent oral and written communication

·   Good working knowledge of computers

·   Experience in handling inbound / outbound itineraries will be an advantage

·   Experience in handling VISA, forex, insurance and ticketing is desirable

·   Good working relationship with service providers in the travel, hospitality and leisure industry, will be an advantage

Salary

Rs 0.85 - 2.40 Lacs plus variable
