JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Trainee –Recruiter.
The incumbent would be undergoing Hands on Training for a period of 3months for which he/she would be getting a stipend of Rs 10,000/month.
On-Job training and excellent exposure will be given on the following and more -
Responsible for full recruitment life cycle:
Sourcing relevant profile, initial screening, scheduling interviewing from HR perspective, compensation negotiation including conditional closures.
Search Databases, shortlist, screen through calls.
Coordinate for further levels of interview process till the candidate joins the company.
Telecon with candidates
Lining up interviews
Learning techniques of Head hunting, Networking and mapping
Lead generation
Cold calls
Mass mailing (Client and candidates)
Research/Data Collection
Resume formatting
Maintaining MIS and reports
Job positing on portals
Advertising positions on Networking sites
