There is a walkin for 'Transaction Processing Analyst' position in our company (back office job wherein it's a complete night shift job).

Job Profile -

- Providing online configuration of the client's hardware products .
- Troubleshooting regarding the hardware products .
- Maintaining client's website .
- Processing service transactions as per requirement .
- Client interaction . ( Not a voice process )
- Generating reports .
-Candidate shall be required to suggest improvements / BPI's for the sub-process or for the entire process

 Graduates (in any stream ) / Post graduation not required .

 Comfortable with night shifts (7.30pm-4.30am)

 Max age limit of 30 years

 Interest in web browsing and search

 Expertise in MS Office ( Excel)

. Good PC Skills

 Good written and verbal communication

. Basic Hardware knowledge

. Experience: - 0 to 1 year

. Work Location: Ghatkopar.

Centralized Pick up and Drop Facility (Till Andheri and Mankhurd Station).

5days working Saturday and Sunday Off
